Location: Kingsford Smith Drive (KSD) and Toorak Street. You will be located on the River Side of KSD.

Bump in: please arrive to your position by 5:30am.
This time refers to the time in which you must arrive to your position. This time allows you extra time (40 minutes) to park and set up your equipment.
Runners on course: 6:20-10:50am
The runners on course time refers to the duration in which participants will be passing your activation. There will be a small time just before 10am where participants will be thinner as we are waiting for the 5km event to start.
Bump out: 11:00am
Road Reopens: 12pm
It is important to note that the road barriers won’t allow you to walk straight to your performance location meaning that you will need to find the pedestrian path and walk along here (as shown above).

The high noon team will install your equipment based on What you have supplied.
Please ensure that the respective signage can be easily viewed by the public.
Parking: Parking is available along Cresent Road or surrounds. Please do not park on the course or on Kingsford Smith Drive.

The closest parking to your performance location is on Crescent Drive as seen below. For the closest parking to your position, type the following address into your maps:
4 Crescent Drive, Hamilton, QLD, 4007. Please park in any of the unattended parking spots.

Site Rules
- Please ensure that public safety is paramount at all times
- Any marquees self-erected on site must have enough weights in place for safety. Pegging into the grassed area or tying off surrounds objects is NOT allowed. If marquees are not secured, event organisers will ask for them to be removed. If you do not have weights, please contact the event organisers to arrange hire of weights.
- You are responsible for providing your own electrical leads and ensuring they have up to date test and tagging compliance. Power will only be available to those who have requested and pre-arranged with the event organisers.
- Security will be onsite overnight, however, we take no responsibility for any property left on the premises
- Please ensure where possible you practice the best environmentally sustainable practices with reducing waste, reusing where possible and recycling recyclable produces into the recycling bins
- Please ensure your activation team bring their own reusable water bottles, there will be a Hydration Station available in the venue
- Please ensure you provide appropriate safety items for your activation staff including sunscreen, hats, ponchos, hand sanitiser, masks, etc
- When bumping out it is your responsibility to ensure that all equipment used is packed away and rubbish is disposed of in the appropriate manner.

Medical
- Medical staff will be onsite during the Event Day activities. Should your staff or any participants require medical assistance please report to the 1300Medics tent or advise one of the EMS Australia staff.

- If you need medical assistance outside during bump in please contact the venue manager or if it’s an emergency please call 000.
Suspicious Behaviour
- In the unlikely event of any suspicious behaviour please alert EMS Australia team as soon as possible or the nearest security team member.
- Suspicious behaviour can be from the participants or the general public, and can be anything from a bag or backpack left unattended or wearing a large jacket in warm weather or even a person acting irritated.
- If you find an unattended bag/backpack
- Ask if anyone owns it
- If no one does, do not touch it
- Alert others to keep away
- Contact the venue coordinator as soon as possible and they will alert the appropriate people.
