SHIMANO ENDURO TASMANIA – VOLUNTEER CREW

If you are visiting this page your are part of the Shimano Enduro Tasmania Crew… WELCOME!

We are excited to have you part of the event team for round 2 of the Enduro World Series. By now you should have received an email with your volunteer schedule. We have aimed to roster people into preferred roles, unfortunately this wasn’t always possible so we appreciate your understanding with this.

Now that you know your roster please read through the role brief/s for the shifts you are assigned. All volunteers will be briefed again before your shift but please keep this information handy at all times.

Additional notes for Stage Leaders and Timing Assistants:

Stage Leaders: If you have been assigned a Stage Leader position please read through the Course Marshal and Startline Marshal Briefs. A team member will take you on a course recce before your first shift, run through any additional role requirements and answer your questions for the stage you have been assigned.

Timing Assistants: In addition to your role brief please read through the info document from the Timing team, here. You will be assisting this team during your shift. They will be on hand to answer any questions you have before/during your shift.
