We look forward to having you part of the 2022 MS Brissie to the Bay Bike Ride. Please complete this form to confirm your attendance at the event.

To ensure that your bump in/arrival process goes smoothly please also complete the following form. It is a requirement that all vehicles that require access to the venue/through road closure points will need to have their registration and driver contact details lodged in advance.

For health and safety reasons we can’t have any vehicle movement after 5:00am on Sunday June 12 (this includes exiting the site). Please keep in mind that there will be a number of vendors bumping in, as well as road closures in place, so please ensure that you and your team allow additional travel time as there may be some delays.

Please ensure your PL is up to date including the date of the event before submitting.

All vehicles parked at the event must have drip trays placed beneath. It is the vendors responsibility to provide these trays. You must not enter the site without contacting the team from Event Management Solutions Australia.
