The World’s Big Sleep Out Activation Form

The World’s Big Sleep Out will be at the Gabba on Saturday 7th of December 2019. We look forward to having you part of the event. Please complete this form to confirm your attendance at the event.

For health and safety reason we can’t have any activation set up after 4.30pm on Saturday December 7. Please keep in mind that there will be a number of other activations bumpingĀ  in, so please ensure that you and your team allow additional travel time as there may be some delays.

  • Access Conditions

    Please ensure that all staff understand and adhere to the below access conditions:
    - Please phone Kat Roberto 0435 855 321 when your arrive on site to be directed to your location.
    - Any rubbish created by your activation must be cleaned up and placed in bins.
    - Any damage to the venue will be at your own expense. Additional conditions will be supplied with the bump in schedule which must be read before bumping into the site.
