Welcome to the Cairns 2017 UCI MOUNTAIN BIKE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS. Twenty-one years after the first World Championships was staged at this venue the World Championships are returning to this hallowed ground of Australian Mountain Biking.
Cycling Australia has engaged GTR Events and Event Management Solutions Australia to join the team to help deliver this world class event to the level that it deserves. We are committed to delivering a great event site, to help you activate your brand in the best light to the fans and encourage any out of the box. If there is something you would like that is not on the list please do not hesitate to contact us.
In line with the UCI model at World Championship events, Exhibitors will have a dedicated area within the event village. In an effort to bring the Exhibitors as close as possible to the viewing public, this area has been given the prime location, just inside the entrance to the venue. The site itself will be largely a grassed area, with a terraced slope overlooking the XCO start / finish line and the DHI finish area.

FAQ’s
I need to hire equipment not listed on this booking form, can I do this?
Yes, if you require additional space or equipment please email info@emsaustralia.net.au for a quote.
When am I required to set up?
Exhibitor bump in will be available during event week until 2pm Wednesday September 6. You will be provided with a bump in brief closer to the event.
Can I park my vehicle on site?
There is no vendor parking available on site. Vehicle access will be available for bump in/out, however if your vehicle is part of your stall or will be used to store stock you will need to ensure this is parked within your expo space. Please ensure you have booked enough space for your vehicle.
