We look forward to having you part of the 2023 International Women’s Day Fun Run presented by National Storage.

To ensure that your bump in/arrival process goes smoothly please complete the following vehicle access form. It is a requirement that all vehicles that require access to the venue/through road closure points will need to have their registration and driver contact details lodged in advance.

For health and safety reasons we can’t have any vehicle movement after 5:00am on Sunday March 12, 2023 (this includes exiting the site).  Please keep in mind that there will be a number of vendors bumping in, as well as road closures in place, so please ensure that you and your team allow additional travel time as there may be some delays. Saturday bump in is preferable where possible.

You will be supplied with a bump in brief after this form has been completed with instructions for bump in and out.

PLEASE NOTE: The last date to supply vehicle details for access to the site is 28 February.

      • You are required to agree to the following to comply with COVID regulations.
      • IWDFR raises much needed funds for the The Mater Foundation's Chicks in Pink. In place of a site fee, vendors are asked to donate 20% of revenue to the foundation. By signing this form you are agreeing to support this foundation and donate 20% of on the day revenue in place of a flat site fee. You also agree to carefully follow the COVID requirements above, as well as any government restrictions at the time of the event.
